Instructions
To earn continuing education credit, do the following:
- Watch complete program.
- Complete the post-test and evaluation form at www.saxetesting.com/p.
- To earn 0.5 contact hours of continuing education, you must achieve a score of 70% or more. If you do not pass the test you may take it over one more time.
- Your results will be issued immediately after completing the post-test and evaluation.
- The fee has been waived through an educational grant from Dale Medical Products, Inc.
- Program expires on Sept. 29, 2013. Check www.perspectivesinnursing.org website for renewal dates on programs.
- Faculty Disclosure: No conflicts of interest were disclosed.
- Approval does not imply ANCC or VSNA endorsement of any product.
